Tuskegee University, established in 1881 and located in Tuskegee, Alabama, is an independent institution of higher education, provoding academic programs divided into five Colleges. There are three out of the total five that offer master's degree and Doctor of Philosophy Degree. The university is the second-oldest institution of higher education founded for African Americans in Alabama, with many contributions on agriculture in the state.
